If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of
your purchase, We will accept the return of the merchandise for a refund after
our approval.
Outside of that time frame or if the product is
damage, we will not be able to accept or refund the product. All return product
must be pre-approved and you have to pay the transportation cost.
Upon receipt of your order, please ensure there is no
visible damages. Any damages must be mentioned to the driver and noted on the
proof of delivery. Any issues with the product should be reported within 48
hours of receiving the goods. We ask that you fill out the resolution form and
we will contact you within 48 hours and help resolve the issue.
Please verify that all the product components are
included before beginning the installation. If you notice that you need
additional parts or discover concealed damage, please fill the resolution form,
It will help us determine the best solution to resolve the issue.
If you decide to return the product, please return it,
in it’s original box making sure it is package appropriately with proof of
purchase, copy of your invoice and the order number.
Please take note that made to measure products cannot
be returned. However, you can cancel your order 48 hours following your
