Your satisfaction is at the heart of our promises. You can contact us at info@msl-logic.com for all your requests in order to find a solution with you. We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund, after our approval. Outside this period or if the item is damaged, we will not be able to accept and refund the returned items. Any return must be pre-approved and you must pay the shipping costs.
Any damaged goods must be reported to the driver. The breakage must be noted and a signature must be affixed to the proof of delivery. Any non-compliance must be reported to us within 2 days. Please fill out the problem resolution form and we will contact you within 1-2 business days to help you resolve the situation.
Please review the product content to ensure that all components are included before starting the installation process. If you need additional parts or discover hidden damage, please fill out the problem resolution form to help us determine the best possible attention.
All returned products must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase, a copy of the invoice or an order number. It must be returned to us in the original packaging.
Goods manufactured to your specifications cannot be returned. You can cancel your order within 48 hours of your purchase. Please contact info@msl-logic.com promptly.
