About the founders of MSL

The founders of MSL bring together 35 years of experience in managing manufacturing and distribution companies. They have strong expertise in developing international networks, leading strategic acquisitions, and managing complex operations. They also possess in-depth knowledge of logistics, transportation, warehousing, and export, offering tailored solutions to optimize costs, timelines, and service quality. In addition, they excel in supporting business leaders, mobilizing sales teams, and implementing human-centered, effective strategies to drive organizational growth.

Martine Sgariglia

Martine Sgariglia has acquired extensive expertise by rising through every level of Concept SGA, a family-owned business that became a major player in the distribution of renovation products across Canada and the United States. From receptionist to president, she led business acquisitions, developed international distribution networks, and managed complex operations with major clients such as Lowe's, RONA, and BMR.

A graduate of advanced training programs including HEC Montréal and the school of “Entrepreneurship de Beauce”, Martine combines academic training and field experience. Committed to regional economic development and an active member of several boards of directors, she now devotes herself to supporting businesses and the next generation of entrepreneurs. Its mission is to inspire leaders to maximize their potential and ensure the sustainability of their organization through effective strategies and a human approach to leadership.
